About me~

Hi Hi! i'm Aelx aka Aelxbomb Ruler of the Pillow Fort! The Pillow Fort being the space that I create online through social media, Discord, and Tiwtch!

A lil about me, first I am extremely dyslexic. Dyslexia is rated out of 5 and I ranked a 4. It actually runs in my family as both my dad and grandfather were dyslexic and most of my uncles/aunt/cousins are as well. I guess it's in our blood haha! I used to find it really embarrassing but I dont mind so much anymore. Honestly now-a-days I am surrounded by people who are kind so we all just laugh together at how wild the English language is. Also you can be less dyslexic in other languages, and it turns out I am more dyslexic in French and less in Spanish. (๑´• .̫ •ू`๑)

Next, I have been playing videogames since the 90s. I think my first videogame was Pajama Sam but my real first game was Pokemon Blue. My parents let me play all the videogames I wanted because it would force me to read and I hated reading. (´⊙ω⊙`)！I grew up on Playstation and Nintendo so I am a huge Final Fantasy nerd and also lots of nintendo IP. The big one for me is animal crossing, I love love love animal crossing and my Wife is Coco. When she moved in ,in 2004, my heart went doki doki and I fell in love.꒰ღ˘‿˘ற꒱❤⃛

Also I would like to say as of May 2026 I am a happily married woman. I met my husband Max on twitch and we were friends for a few years before crushing HARD which bloomed into a relationship. We have now been together 9.5 years and my heart is so full everyday. Honestly I am like a lil puppy dog when it comes to him. ლ(́◉◞౪◟◉‵ლ) "When you know, you know" absolutely applies to us and it's honestly great!

Finally I would LOVE to tell yall about the Pillow Fort. The Pillow Fort is an online space I created for others so people could come together and build a nerdy community to talk about their interest. Anything from D&D to TTRPGa to MTG to Warhammer to TV and movies, if it’s your nerdy special interest it is welcome in the pillow fort. There are 5 pillars to this space: Community, Acceptance, Creativity, Understanding, Good Vibes. I hold fast to the idea that 3rd spaces are necessary and this is my attempt at making a virtual 3rd space. (っ˘ڡ˘ς) If you would like to join the Pillow Fort check out my Links tab for where to go.
